Pending order

Good day

I ordered fibre via Vuma a while ago(last year November to be exact)agent assisted me.to date I haven't received payment link for R529 fibre,what's going on guys coz when I try to apply with a different ISP(Afrihost and Webafrica)they advising that there is a pending order,Which is the initial application done.I called Vumatel but no one has got back to me.there is also no escalation channel.Can someone from Vuma please assist today coz 2 months is a very long time.
