Payment made, yet no WIFI

I am really disappointed that I have to wait this long for a query to be sorted out. Fiber is active, I inquired and made payment on the 14th April 2022. I was contacted immediately to thank me for payment and wanted to start the installation process. Even though my address was an issue I was assured I'd be called back after the Easter weekend, today we are on the 26th April 2022 and I have not heard anything from no one regarding my payment, address issue being resolved or when my installation will take place. If this cannot be sorted out ASAP this week, I want my money back please!!
