Payment made but not connected

I am not happy at all. Today I paid Vumatel via pay fast but i am still not connected to make matters worse my service provider is no where to be found. Sort this out. I have paid.

That is nonsense because I have proof of payment, you do not even have my details so how would you know? I pay for a service, what is the way forward cause even your service providers do not answer. You guys are only after sales I am very disappointed with you....

Ntswaki you do not have anything further to ask, I am without connection and I payed, do you guys not take your jobs serious. It's frustrating cause no one is coming back to me
