PAYMENT DONE BUT NO INSTALLATION !!
I app**** for the router from Vuma and made the payment, I was called and advised that the installation will be done on the 2nd April, to this date I have not received a communication and you didn't bother to call and reschedule, tried calling all the contact numbers even on WhatsApp and I have not yet received assistance. The service I'm receiving from you is absurd. Can I have my refund as I cannot even get hold of you on all your contact details !!

10 Apr 2024, 09:03 This is a copy and paste response, I've been getting this response on your WhatsApp as well, can you just refund me so I can move to a better service provider because the service I'm receiving from you guys is utterly poor and I wouldn't recommend you guys to my friends and family
