Payment but no installation

How does this people worked. I brought a package of 377 rand on the 28 of September 2021 until now no installation has been made. No calls. No email.i spoke with a rude lady by the name of phumelelo sibisi.she told me that they will install my fibra on the 30th of October i should send the address which I did .i call them several times with no luck.no installation. My money is gone .
