Payment allocation vumatel and their useles ISP's
Good day kindly help we been going from pillar to post about this account i am not getting any help.. Was told that my ISP is fly. I spike to them ghey sent me payment details via whatsapp which i payed R590 on the 14th but my account was never opened we dont have internet from 14th till today. only now that i have been fighting with them for over 16 days now they told me they not my ISP my ISP is SADV but vuma told me my ISP is flycool kindly assist to fix this issue and allocate my payment which they say i made to a wrong ISP for a different client.. 02 Dec 2022, 14:23Now we been taken pillar to post flycool is saying our isp is sadv and sadv says they not our isp.. Kindly check this serial number and advise of our isp and easypay ref as we have now payed wrong isp we fighting for refund. Router serial number ***EC45DAA

Now we been taken pillar to post flycool is saying our isp is sadv and sadv says they not our isp.. Kindly check this serial number and advise of our isp and easypay ref as we have now payed wrong isp we fighting for refund. Router serial number ***EC45DAA
