PAYING FOR NO SERVICE!!!!!!! NO CONNECTION!!!!!!

I have not had connectivity for two weeks and was told that its because of outage. The outage is sorted BUT I still cant connect error "connected with no internet". During this period I had to purchase data daily in order to fulfill my work obligations. It is absolutely unfair to be paying for a service that hasn't been rendered. WebAfrica has logged a call reference number 234009 after troubleshooting. Please sort this out by midday tomorrow 23/07/2024. I need to work!!!!!!
