Paying for Fibre That Doesn’t Work – Extremely Disappointed

I am beyond frustrated with the service from VumaTel. I have fibre through Mweb, but the actual infrastructure is supp**** by VumaTel. I’ve had ongoing connectivity issues at my property in Soweto, and thinking it was a speed issue, I upgraded my package only to find the problems persisted.

To make matters worse, I’m now experiencing the same poor service at my second property in Randburg. Clearly, the issue is with VumaTel’s network.

We are paying for a service that’s supposed to provide reliable, high-speed internet but instead, we get unstable and inconsistent connections that affect our daily lives and work.

This is not what I expect from a fibre provider. We pay every month, but for what exactly?

VumaTel, you need to take accountability and resolve these ongoing issues. Your service is unacceptable.
