pathic connection

First of all my installation was done very poorly and they have not come out to fix it yet. But the big issue is that in a age of Smart TV's smart phones smart switches and many other devices that need wifi they limit the number of devices to 10 on the router and you are unable to phone them all they say when you phone is you should phone your ISP (recorded message) and hang up. When you do call your ISP all they say is that its VUMA that limits the connection. This is really pathetic when one device connects another disconnects leaving everyone in my home frustrated
