PATHETIC/NO SERVICE FROM VUMATEL

So dissapointed in Vumatel. If you live in the Kenmare ext 4 area - DO NOT GO THROUGH VUMATEL FOR FIBRE. Rather get LTE for now as Vumatel is the only service provider in this area for now. Reported a signal problem with Cell C that Vumatel need to sort out last week already. To date I am yet to receive any kind of correspondence/communication from them. This is not a Cell C problem but Vumatel. I reported this on facebook and someone responded asking how they can assist. This is also 2 days ago, nothing further. I am self employed and work from home and have two sons at Varsity that needs to write exams online. Absolute disgrace. When SADV was the fibre provider in this area the service was great but since Vumatel took over it went all down hill!! Luckily I am on a month to month with both Cell C and Vumatel and even though Vumatel is the only Fibre provider in the Kenmare ext 4 area, I would rather go back to LTE than having to battle with NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!
