I DARE you to respond to this email. I DARE your MANAGERS to come out to my house and look at my installation!

They WON'T!

I bought here 2 years ago. I was connected to the EXISTING WIRES.

Now I have a dog who runs around and jump on the walls. Twice the cable was jumped off.

Then I realized... WHY ARE MY CABLES LYING ABOVE THE GROUND?

WHY DID I NOT GET A NEW INSTALLATION WHEN I JOINED VUMATEL?

TWICE I TOLD YOUR TECHNICIANS THAT THESE CABLES ARE OLD, WRONGLY INSTALLED & DECAYING IN THE SUN!

I ALREADY HAD TO PUT TAPE AROUND WHERE THE PLASTIC PIPE BREAKS AND CRACKS FROM THE SUN!

I COMPLAINED TO AFRIHOST VIA EMAILS A FEW TIMES!

VUMATEL INSISTS NOT TO LISTEN TO THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS OR HELP AND FIX THEIR BAD WORK AND NOW WANT TO CHARGE ME!!

I am appalled by the fact that we can never talk to Vumatel directly! We can't even email you! I have to go through Afrihost, but Vumatel just ignores all pleas!

Yes Vumatel, you make enough money and you do not need mine, but your UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE WILL ONE DAY BITE YOU.

I am looking at LTE through someone else.

Yes, my little money means nothing to you.

Just know, YOUR MANAGEMENT IS PATHETIC while you make billions and laughing at your customers.
