Pathetic Vumatel Service

I have never experienced such poor service from a service provider in all my life. Vumatel provide absolutely pathetic service to their customers.

If i could give Vumatel a negative rating i would!

I logged a call on Wednesday with my ISP which is through Vumatel. To this day no one has come to fix the problem. They claim they were able to fix the problem remotely which they have actually been unable to do.

A technician was meant to arrive this morning 08/10/2018 at 09h30am. The technician still has not arrived an it is amlost 20h00.

After numerous calls everyday we keep getting told "a technician will call you".

When the technician called this morning to arrange to come at 09h30 to fix the problem he was incredibly rude on the phone.

I find this service unacceptable. I would love for the MD of Vumatel to contact me.
