Pathetic Vumatel service

The online service is pathetic. Every request is answered with the same response: - Absolutely nothing is possible unless you are in front of your fiber box. As if no else has a job and we have time to stare at fiber boxes at the drop of a hat. I'm sure technology allows for VT numbers to be more easily accessible?
