Pathetic Vumatel

Absolutely disgusted with vumatel installation services The technicians came to do installation at my house on Nov 27 and said there will be no connection yet because there is no port for my house outside. They contacted their supervisor and whoever and said the guy who does the port will do it either the same Friday or Saturday for the latest. What a load of bull! Its Wednesday 2 Dec and still no one has arrived. We eventually got the number of the guy who needs to do the port and he told us on Monday when we called he will definitely do it Yesterday! We also found out he stays 5 mins away from our house!!! Pathetic service! Quick to deduct money before installation! I paid for a full month of Fibre but vumatel feels the need to rob people like this.

Funny part of it all is, I can't get a hold of anyone. Call centre in joburg is useless and the numbers we have of the technicians just rings.

Disgusting, pathetic and downright ********! I truly regret doing installation via vumatel! Rather pay a different company to get it done properly than to struggle like this with 'free installation' for such pathetic service!
