Pathetic useless company

Pathetic service. Reported an outage with my ISP and had been offline now for 15 days. My ISP says that they escalate the issue and that where it stays. I call more than 4 times a day every day and no answers. Same thing over and over. Vumatel MUST close their doors. They are useless in this world.
