Pathetic turn around on network outage!

The internet/fibre has been offline since last night around 9pm already, even though users only reported issues this morning around 4am. It is now well after 4pm and there is no sign of this working!

No feedback or update to clients at all!!!!!!! WTH????!!!! In today's day and age. We are reliant on a service which we diligently pay for!!!!!
