Pathetic ,*******,*****

I Have had fiber in my place now for over 6 months now and it keeps switching off . When i call Vumatel they tell me its Cell C and when i call Cell C they tell me its Vumatel . and it will take 48 hours to resolve . I work from home and stream from my Laptop to watch TV at night.I have cancelled my dstv as i was assured that link Africa would be laying the fiber down for my complex and that 100% we would not have any issues like no data or internet . My fibre was down for 3 days last week and today from 9:00am this morning tilll now 6:30pm I do not think this is fair at all . Please come and collect your **** because i'm done . You guys are messing around with my business as well as my personal life . I have kids bored out of their mind , 1 of them sick as a dog and cant leave the house and we cannot even connect our phones , watch TV, NOTHING . . You have hung up on me 3 times today . I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with you today and no one can give me a answer . What the hell is going on
