Pathetic telephone call

If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on the appalling call we just received from one of their consultants, I am completely dissatisfied. Their lack of professionalism and service has ensured I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I am writing to express my frustration with the delays and poor service regarding the installation of our line, originally app**** for on December 1st.The app initially indicated an installation by December 10th. However, after a series of calls, it has been repeatedly delayed:
  • On December 16th, I was informed the wrong physical address was on record. Despite assurances that I would receive a follow-up call that day, no one contacted me.
  • Today, I was contacted again by the same lady, and when I expressed my concerns, the representative was unprofessional, claimed to have attempted to call me (which is untrue), and hung up on me when I mentioned canceling the service.
This experience has made me feel undervalued as a customer. If a technician cannot install the line by tomorrow, we will be left with no choice but to take our business to another service provider.I urge you to address this matter promptly. Please confirm the installation date as soon as possible.Sincerely,

I said no longer interested because of the unprofessional manner I was dealt with.
I'm only interested if it can be installed by tomorrow. If not possible then please close it.
Kindly advise
