Pathetic services

It's been 7days since my gibre was installed but it hasn't been working. I've been calling Mweb as I have been advised that I can't call Vuma directly but still no assistance is being provided. I'm supposed to start working tomorrow morning and I need this sorted out now or my money refunded immediately
