Pathetic service(no service)

No service whatsoever...unbelievable that one would think that a business would want new customers. Since day 1,i recieved nothing but stories. First they said i already have fibre line at my residents which i diddnt then i had to prove that i reside at my residents then had to wait...wait no1 cintactd me so i contacted them and asked for another agent whuch they have asigned but guess what? Still no feedback..been 3 weeks since last cintact
