Pathetic service, will never recommend!

Vumatel’s service has been an absolute disaster. My Wi-Fi has been down for three days, and there has been little to no communication, no proper updates, and no clear timeline on when this issue will be fixed. This level of incompetence is honestly shocking. As a student, this has put me under serious academic pressure. I have online tests, assignments, and deadlines, and I’m being forced to waste money on extremely expensive mobile data just to stay afloat. In 2026, internet is a basic necessity, not a privilege yet Vumatel treats it like it’s not important. For a company that charges premium prices, this is pathetic service. Customers are left in the dark with vague excuses instead of real answers or urgency. It feels like they simply don’t care. I wouldn’t even give this HALF A STAR if it were possible. I will never recommend Vumatel to anyone, and I am already making plans to cancel and switch providers ASAP. This has been a horrible, frustrating, and unacceptable experience. I will be sharing my experience as well to help ensure no one supports this ****.
