Pathetic service Vumatel

I must say this Business is very poor with Customer service. I have been on the whattsup chat with them and it's been 1hour and 30 minutes and I had no contact with any of the so called agents yo assist further to that they don't even have a contact number to contact them on if you have issues so you are left to the mercy of their so called Agents and you will be lucky to get in contact with them.
