Pathetic service - VUMATEL

If i could put no star I would. Vumatel is absolutely pathetic, no after hours support. We've been without internet for days now and no way of reaching vuma directly. This is the worst provider we've ever dealt with. Requested a call from them and after only 1 10second attempt from them, they claim we're unreachable. My WiFi's been paid for the month and yet I'm now having to purchase data to stay connected. This is unacceptable when we already paid so much to have internet connection.
