Pathetic service provider

What a pathetic company is this? Logging a call 5 times and still no response. No one available for call outs over the weekend- the time the connections actually goes down. Waiting for a Supervisor to talk with and then get cut off after being on hold for 8 min. This is what I am paying such a huge amount of money for???? Take some pride in what you do! I don't expect the line to never go faulty BUT for f@$& sake at least phone me back and tell me what is going on!
