Pathetic service on Help line *** - I am still not connected !!!
VERY disappointed - I was called yesterday at 16:00 and told that they would connect my service . I was told it will be up an running in 2hours - 24hours later and I am still not connected . Called same number *** - hold on for 22 minutes , somebody answers the call and drops it immediately . Call again and hold on for 32 minutes , then it goes to VOICE mail !!?? Is this how you treat your customers ? I work from home , unable to connect and have to buy data at my own expense . Not happy and doubting my decision to take up this service ...
