Pathetic service, No internet, No Sla

No internet connection for 3 days, when i called their call center, they cant advise on turn around time. Pathetic service from consultant - PHUMI DLAMINI who dropped the line when i requested to speak to manager, Dineo Seokwang who couldn't speak to me. We are playingfor service that are rendered,3 days no internet and No Sla??? We must just wait for how long? We are loosing money because this problem and we need compensation for bad, poor service.
