Pathetic service I want my refund back

I app**** for a Fibre and payed on Friday and was told that it will be installed by Saturday or Sunday the latest before I could pay I was contacted by 3 to 4 ppl but when I send a message to make an enquery why is that the installation is still not done I was only told that it takes 3 to 7 days for installation to be done only when I made an enquery agent told me straight that I am not the only one she dealing with agent was not taught soft skills I. Needed this for school work for my little sis and for me aswell to work I waited patiently for vumatel and they have disappointed me now I'm stuck I can't work because when I told the agent that I want to cancel this and I want my money back she told me she escalated to the call center she doesn't know the process how it works and at the time she's a sales rap of vumatel I checked Facebook aswell ppl are literally complaining about vumatel I have had the worded serviced and it's not even activated I want my money back and I wouldn't recommend anyone to take this worse worse customer service being my money back it's not up for discussion
