Pathetic service from vumatel regarding speed issue that is ongoing for 7 months
my area has had continuous speed issues since we have gone live with fibre since march so almost 8 months. vumatel admitted to peak time congestion in the area and tried to implement a temporary solution with the promise of a permanent fix a month later(this was back in july) however speed issues and degraded service have returned with vumatel turning a blind eye to the issue and blaming the isp(although many clients on various isps have the same issue throughout my area) please do something about this issue as its extremely pathetic service

15 Oct 2022, 20:32I have logged 3 tickets with my isp (afrihost) over the past 2 weeks and have done numerous tests including latency and speed tests vuma has closed all these tickets stating that there is no issue although multiple clients on various isps have this issue only during peak time hours in my area.
