Pathetic Service from Vumatel once again

Worst Service Provider Ever!

Since day one, I have had endless problems with Vumatel. Probably because of our super slow AO in the area (Joy) 3 months behind and every week it was a different excuse, with a promise of going live the following week.

Fast forward to today... The installers arrive on time, which led me to believe this is going to be a pain free install. Halfway through the laying of conduit, they advise that Gugu from the call centre told them to leave because another client is waiting.

I took a half-day leave from work to be home for the install and now i am advised that at some point today, another technician will come to complete my install.

I am so close to cancelling any thought of fibre and going back to my previous ISP.

Atleast they were reliable!
