Pathetic service from Vumatel No installation after 3 months

Our order for uncapped Fibre was placed on 20 April 2020 at MWeb who confirmed the order was given to Vuma. It is now 29 July 2020. MORE THAT 3 MONTHS NO INSTALLATION?? Pathetic service.Product: Uncapped 10Mbps Fibre - Vumatel - APR20 Provider: Vumatel.
