Pathetic Service from Vumatel

I have been trying to place an order since December and each supplier that i go through that is sub-contracted to vuamtel has the most unprofessional and pathetic service. To top it off when you try to get assistance from Vumatel, you are told to do their job in liasing with the suppliers that are sub-contracted to them. To date each supplier that i have gone through doesn't even get as far as booking an installation as their systems process is up the pole and i have to keep asking for cancellations to be done as that it's not their job to do or follow up on. The whole the entire process from vumatel to all the different suppliers, their service is putrid and i'm glad i have cancelled with all. They have no interest in assisting a client as long as they get you onboard. Thereafter you are just a number.
