Pathetic service from vumatel!!

I'm having a terrible experience with vumatel!! The frustration is building up. You cannot contact them directly it has to be done via the ISP. They did installation and after a week the internet still does not work! Everyday I have been trying to sort this problem out but it all leads back to vumatel. The ISP is trying they best to have the problem sorted out but vuma just doesn't respond or fix the issue and there's no way to get hold of them. It's extremely frustrating!!!!
