Pathetic service from Vumatel

I am absolutely shocked by the pathetic service received from Vumatel. Rocketnet my service provider advised that the issue we have been experiencing since Wednesday (where the internet line is down) is no fault on their side but with Vumatel. We were advised that a technician will come through yesterday before 4pm, however no one has contacted us as yet. We are forced to purchase mobile data which doesn't come cheap. We are forced to use Vumatel due to the area we reside in but we have never experienced this with metrofibre in our previous residence.
