Pathetic service from Vumatel

Pathetic service from Vumatel, payment made for fibre and now receiving emails emails advising I have missed their call and my ISP need to place another order with them, have been promised a resolved query and NOTHING has been done, the call centre are arrogant and rude, they busy making calls to people (neighbouring community ) but cannot service clients that made weeks ago and awaiting installation, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!
