Pathetic Service from Vuma

I don’t know which is the worst, Vumatel, Accelerit or Legendsconnect. At this stage I must believe Vumatel. I am trying to change ISP from Legendsconnect to Accelerit, however, Vumatel who has the fibre line, don’t want to render any service. Not even to Accelerit. I have no internet since 17 July 2021 but according to Vuma they don’t care. So, who is at fault?? Accelerit who is waiting for Vuma? Or Legendsconnect who has already released the line more than a week ago??

Oh and don’t even send an email to Vuma, they just don’t respond
