Pathetic service from ISP(Level 7) and Vumatel

I have ordered a fiber package through level 7 as an ISP the 1st of March, and I confirmed that I have an existing line as asked. I am still waiting for Vumatel to just contact me with an installation date so that I could have some assurance something is being done.
