Pathetic service

We had vumatel, on behalf of Afrihost, install fiber at our place of residence. The installation was not completed although the fiber was connected. And immediately the problems started. No signal due to 'techincal issues' the matter was reported on Sunday with the "Query on vumatel ref The fault reference is: ISP-492662". To date I have had no feedback from either Vumatel or Afrihost and I am having to chase these service provers up. What sick and poor service being offered by these companies. Take a fools advice and rather shop around. We are based in rural areas and so the choices are rather limited.
