Pathetic service ever!!

I am so unhappy and very disappointed with vumatel.I signed up with webafrica and waited for long for vumatel to do installation , the day of installation I was told by the guy who delivered the router that they are told by Vumatel not to continue with the installation.I am still waiting for them to come collect their router and refund my money.

I subscribed with Afrihost last week thinking that the problem was with webafrica only to find out it's Vumatel again, so I got a call today to say they are coming to do installation on the 20th March, within 3 minutes after confirmation date for installation I receive an email that the installation is cancelled.Why are you not informing these companies about your issue with the POP?now I am struggling to get my R500 back.I want my money back and come collect your router.What a pathetic service.
