Pathetic service

I have had such a bad experience with vuma in the month of june. The service is terrible. Webafrica has been just as bad, and hasn't done much to escalate my issue. I made payment on the 10th June 2024 for fibre and tried calling and escalating but nothing, I still don't have any installation and it's the 2nd July. No one actually cares or resolves your query. So disappointed, if I had known the service would be this bad, I would have tried to find out by another fibre installer.
