Pathetic service

I have been with Vumatel ( VOX) for the past 3 years. When there is problem with fibre or connectivity then they pass the buck and not taking accountability for the inconvenience they cause. I have been offline for 7days. I am so frustrated that I have considered cancelling my subscription. Please DO NOT subscribe to either Vumatel and or VOX. I have logged numerous tickets with them. I am not sure how many ref numbers I have and seems thats all they do to keep a person quiet. As if a reference number helps with the frustration one goes through.
