Pathetic Service

We canceled our Wifi subscription and signed up and paid for fibre installation.They said someone would come out and install our fibre last Saturday 2pm . We canceled our appointments for the day so that we could be home when they come.

We gave the consultant our address twice and whatsapp the location to the installers. When we called they had a very never mind attitude saying that they have the wrong address and we should call the office .. The installer guy just had a **** attitude to be honest and no people's skill what so ever. To date we still have no date as to when they will be installing our fibre and our current wifi subscription has been cancelled. No one from their offices even contacted us as yet. THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
