Pathetic Service

Pathetic service from Vumatel, I app**** for Vuma Reach Fibre Line, i was sent a link to make a payment immediately of which I did i received two calls from Vuma agents informing me that the installers will be coming last Saturday to install and to date I have received any call and my fibre is still not installed, I would like to cancel and go with Mweb but now i cannot because they don't want to cancel my application, I even went as far as saying i can forfeit the R399 that i paid to them so that Mweb can connect me ASAP and nothing has happened until now.
