Pathetic service

I cannot describe in words how appalling service I have received. Or not. We went online, put in our new address, we had vumatel prior. Paid for the installation, that was 10 days ago. We still wait, with no calls, no feedback, no care. I am absolutely sick and tired. Need resolution ASAP. Contact me Rozeena ***.
