Pathetic Service

This is now currently the third review, the second review got no response and this has been going on for a month now that Vumatel still has not assisted me with my installation even though a payment has been made already. I received a phone call and spoke with Ntswaki from head office and was told that this is being escalated which was 2 weeks ago and still they have not gotten back to me with any responses on this allerged escalation. This is extremely pathetic to say the least.
