Pathetic service

Absolutely terrible service. I paid for the service 2 weeks ago and the installation has not even been done as yet. There's no communication whatsoever. I have been chatting everyday to the ISP who keep saying that they will escalate to Vumatel and i requested a callback however nobody has ever gotten back. I tried calling Vumatel multiple times and it just keeps ringing. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.
