Pathetic service

This service is so pathetic I have not had internet access for 2 days now . Agents are quick to tell you if we send out a technician we will charge you an unnecessary call out fee of R1500 . Imagine I've paid to use the service yet I still have issues and yet they still have the audacity to say they will charge me .but they are not doing their jobs properly.
