Pathetic Service

I'm now done with Vumatel, 7 Days after first complain and still no resolution to issue. Not one phone call not any replies to mails. I've now went and and laid a complaint at ISPA for the pathetic service I've received. No one bothers to update or reply to anything. And this is the service I'm receiving as a paying Client.

I'm done now and is requesting immediate action. If not any written feedback has been given I will carry on with my complaint at ISPA and cancelation of my services will follow.
