Pathetic service

Good day. Initially I was told by Vumatel that the problem is not with them, but with VOX. I had the VOX team out at my premises and they tested the equipment and the line. It is very clear that the line is not stable. Another call was logged with you but NO response, or support. Why must a pay for a service if you cant provide it? Rather you hand this lines to someone who can and will provide a Quality service. My ISP ref is **********
