Pathetic service
Bunch of ******* , from the 14th of January they are with holding my refund, I did not go ahead with the installation because I don't want to dig up tar and everytime I check on the refund they have sent in a request story comes up. Don't deal with these guys because how many others are they doing it to

13 Feb 2025, 08:58They have done that from the 14th of January and why are you hiding behind private reviews , previously you said vuma does not handle payments but now in your private response you tell me the isp needs to log the refund for your team to investigate, investigate what? I did not go ahead with your installation because of tar purpose so what's the need to investigate a refund that you with holding
