Pathetic service

Have been trying to get my WiFi issue resolved for the past 3 days . calling them n holding for hours to no resolve . I have references numbers and still don't get service. It's the worst service l have ever come across. I get told there is a fibre issue in the area and maintenance team working on. I will be canceling and I want my money back.
